Where argN matches one of the following:
-? Prints this usage info
-D Start in monitor debugger. Break goes to monitor debug first
-L lang Language file to use
-T read serial commands from file
-V Print monitor, flash and SQL versions, and quit right away
-W Wait for the device.
-a Auto boot. Will be line 0, and there will be no prompt
-b Absprotect off - allows installing abs patches

o 4) cause the d3 command to abort and display this usage message
